We provide on the job training that teaches the technical and soft skills necessary to obtain and maintain community employment.
We explore employment options, assess career interests and provide an opportunity to gain independence and build skills through volunteerism and paid internships.
We provide job readiness and job placement services which include assistance during the job search process, work assessment and support to obtain and maintain a job.

Napa Valley PSI is a nonprofit organization that provides services to people with disabilities. We believe that every person has the right to live a full and meaningful life. Every day we encourage, mentor, coach, and work side-by-side with adults with disabilities to open their minds to life’s possibilities. After all, our community is stronger when every person feels included, needed, and valued.

Napa Valley PSI has a history of caring for animals which includes the one-time resident cat named “Filebox”. Today, the PSI family includes a feral cat colony, rehabilitated opossums and squirrels and an abandoned rooster named “Foghorn Leghorn”. The care of these animals is shared by all and creates an important part of the culture of the organization.
