Napa Valley P.S.I. provides work for our employees by contracting with businesses to process their products. Some of these contracts are long term and others are short term to meet the special needs of the contractor. The work provided by our contractors is a vital part of the rehabilitation and habilitation of our employees. We appreciate the support of our local business community.

Through prime manufacturing in a factory setting our employees learn each step of production. Employees perform tasks such as sawing, sanding, assembling, painting, finishing, quality checking, and packaging.

They learn to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment. Through the use of adaptive fixtures and sophisticated engineering even those with the most severe disabilities can participate effectively in the production process.
